Job Opportunity: Cardiac Cath Lab RN
Location: Salem, Massachusetts
Employment Type: Long-Term Assignment (LTA)
Contract Length: 13 weeks
Job Description
- Position: Registered Nurse in Cardiac Catheterization Laboratory
- Schedule: 4x10 hour day shifts (7:00 AM - 5:30 PM) with 7 on-call nights per month
- On-call includes one full weekend (Friday, Saturday, Sunday) plus 4 additional nights during the month
- Unit: Cardiac catheterization and electrophysiology lab with 2 procedure rooms
- Procedures include PCI, Impella, balloon pump, device implants, ablations, etc.
- Patient Population: Adult
- EMR System: EPIC (Cupid module)
- Floating: Not required
Required Qualifications
- Valid RN license in Massachusetts
- Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
- Minimum 4 years of experience in Cardiac Cath Lab and Electrophysiology Lab nursing, including interventional cardiac and scrub experience
- Cardiac Cath Lab experience within the last year
- AHA ACLS Certification
