Description

American Traveler is hiring a CT Technologist for a night shift contract at a Level IV acute care hospital, requiring at least 2 years of CT experience and ARRT certification.

Details

• Level IV acute care hospital with 24-hour emergency care, full medical and surgical services, and an attached 71-bed skilled extended care facility
• CT/X-Ray combo position; CT experience is required — X-Ray only experience will not be considered
• Daily caseload of approximately 28 patients per technologist
• Charting via Cerner
• Night shifts on a 4x10 schedule, with shift times of either 7:00 PM–5:00 AM or 9:00 PM–7:00 AM, Friday through Monday
• On-call coverage is required, typically covering the gap hours between the end of day shift and the start of night shift, or from the end of night shift to the start of day shift
• Weekend requirements vary depending on staffing needs
• Holiday coverage may be required when holidays fall over the weekend

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of CT experience required
• ARRT (R) certification required; ARRT (CT) certification is not required but accepted
• CT experience required; X-Ray only background will not be accepted
• Montana state license required if applicable — pending state license accepted; application must be submitted immediately upon receiving an offer
• 2 professional references from a supervisor within the past 2 years
• Full 7-year work history with all gaps explained

• No time off requests within the first 2 weeks due to orientation; RTO must be less than one week in duration
