Description

American Traveler is seeking an experienced RN for a PCU/Progressive Care Unit night shift position at an HCA facility in Frankfort, KY, requiring at least 1 year of recent PCU experience and an active KY or compact RN license.

Details

Work setting is a Progressive Care Unit (PCU) with potential floating to the 3rd Floor Med/Surg unit
Night shift schedule: 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM
13-week contract

Requirements

Active KY or compact RN license required
Current BLS certification (AHA or ARC accepted; must not expire within the first 30 days of assignment start)
NIH Stroke Scale (NIHSS) certification required for PCU RNs
Minimum 1 year of recent experience in a PCU or comparable specialty
US SSN and date of birth required for consideration
One professional reference required
No gaps in work history of 90 days or more within the past 12 months

Additional Information

Candidates must reside more than 50 miles from the facility — local candidates are not eligible
All certifications must be from AHA or ARC
