Description

American Traveler is seeking an experienced RN for a PCU/Telemetry position with a focus on cardiac and structural heart patients in a rotating day/night schedule.

Details

• Progressive Care Unit (PCU) in a hospital setting
• General med/surg telemetry unit with a focus on cardiac care, including structural heart patients
• Rotating schedule with an approximately 50/50 split between day and night shifts, typically one week of days and one week of nights per pay period
• Shift times: Days 7:00–19:30 and Nights 19:00–7:30 (3x12-hour shifts)
• No on-call or call responsibilities
• Shift switches within the same week are not required

Requirements

• Active PA RN license or Compact RN license currently in hand
• RN experience in a PCU, telemetry, or cardiac med/surg setting required
• 2 professional references from a supervisor within the past 2 years required for consideration
• Full 7-year work history with all gaps explained required for consideration

Additional Information

• Provide nursing care to cardiac and structural heart patients in a telemetry-monitored progressive care environment
• All time off and scheduling requests must be submitted at the time of initial application
