Description
American Traveler is seeking an experienced Pediatric RN for a 13-week travel contract at an inpatient acute rehabilitation unit in Boston, MA, requiring a minimum of 2 years of pediatric hospital experience and an active MA RN license.
Details
- 12-bed inpatient Pediatric Acute Rehabilitation Unit
- Rotating day and night shifts: day shifts (7:00am–3:30pm and 7:00am–7:30pm) and night shifts (7:00pm–7:30am and 11:00pm–7:30am)
- Every other weekend required
- 13-week contract
- Epic used for charting
Requirements
- Active MA RN license required — no pending or conditional licenses accepted
- Minimum 2 years of inpatient pediatric hospital experience required
- Current BLS certification required (AHA only)
- Current PALS certification required
- Two professional references required for consideration
- Flu vaccine required; no religious or medical exemptions accepted
Additional Information
- Provide acute rehabilitative nursing care to pediatric inpatient population
- Timekeeping is managed through UKG/Kronos
- No validated parking available at this Boston location; public parking is available nearby at daily rates, and public transportation is accessible
- Candidates residing within 60 miles of Massachusetts General Hospital in Boston are considered local and are eligible at a reduced rate
- Any requested time off (RTO) must be disclosed at the time of consideration
