Description
American Traveler is seeking an experienced OR RN for a day-shift travel contract at a hospital-based Operating Room, requiring 2+ years of OR experience and Epic proficiency.
Details
- South Clinical Campus Operating Room (OR) unit within a hospital setting
- Day shift schedule: 7:00 AM – 5:30 PM, Monday through Friday
- No weekend or holiday shifts required
- Epic EMR experience is required
Requirements
- Active NY RN license required at time of consideration
- Minimum 2 years of recent OR nursing experience required
- Epic EMR proficiency required
- All certifications must be issued by AHA or RQI
- US Social Security Number required; Canadian SINs are not accepted
- No gaps in work history of 90 days or more within the past 12 months
- Flu vaccination required; only medical exemptions signed by a licensed professional are accepted — personal or religious declinations will not be accepted
Additional Information
- Navy blue scrubs are required
- Any requested time off (RTO) must be submitted at the time of application
- Candidates residing in the following NY counties are ineligible for this position: Albany, Columbia, Dutchess, Fulton, Greene, Montgomery, Rensselaer, Saratoga, Schenectady, Ulster, Warren, and Washington
- Travel pairs are not allowed for this position
