Description

American Traveler is hiring a CT Technologist with required travel experience and Epic proficiency for an evening shift contract at a short-term acute care hospital in Portland, OR.

Details

• Work in a CT scan unit at a 418-bed short-term acute care hospital
• 1:1 patient ratio
• 4x10 hour evening shifts from 2:00 PM to 12:00 AM
• Weekends are not required
• One week of standby on-call required during the duration of the contract
• No floating between units within this assignment; however, travelers may be expected to float between facilities within the state
• Charting is done in Epic (required)

Requirements

• Prior travel experience as a CT Technologist is required
• Minimum of 2 years of CT Tech experience
• Acute care hospital experience required
• Epic EMR proficiency required
• Active and applicable state license required
• Minimum of 2 supervisory references covering 1 year of employment within the last 3 years in a comparable specialty or setting
• SSN and DOB required for consideration

Additional Information

• Scrubs of any color are acceptable
• No parking fee at this facility
• Former permanent staff must wait at least 3 months before returning as a traveler and must reside more than 50 miles from the facility
• Minimal RTO is strongly preferred; significant RTO requests may impact the hiring process
• All RTO or scheduling requests must be submitted upfront, as requests made after submission or offer may be denied
