Description

American Traveler is hiring a travel RN for an Operating Room position in Texas, requiring a TX or compact RN license and offering a day shift, Monday through Friday schedule with call requirements.

Details

Located in an acute care hospital Operating Room (OR) setting
Day shift schedule, Monday through Friday, 6:30 AM – 3:00 PM
5x8-hour shifts per week
On-call responsibilities are required
13-week contract

Requirements

Active TX RN license or compact RN license currently in hand
Current BLS certification required
OR nursing experience required
2 supervisor references from within the last 3 years of employment required for consideration

Additional Information

Candidates must reside at least 150 miles from the facility to be eligible for this position
The facility conducts its own drug screen upon arrival, including for marijuana — a positive result will result in immediate cancellation with no exceptions
Candidates should avoid all substances that could result in a positive drug screen, including CBD products, prior to and during the assignment
