Description
American Traveler is seeking an Echo Technologist / Cardiac Sonographer for a 13-week travel assignment in a hospital cardiac ultrasound unit, requiring at least 6 months of recent echo tech experience.
Details
- Located in a 288-bed acute care hospital in St. Petersburg, FL
- Cardiac Ultrasound department
- Day shift, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
- 13-week contract
- Expected to work every other weekend and holidays in rotation with hospital staff
Requirements
- Minimum 6 months of experience within the last 6 months as an Echo Technologist / Cardiac Sonographer
- Current BLS certification from AHA or ARC (no certifications expiring within the first 30 days of the assignment start)
- License required if applicable
- US SSN and DOB required for consideration — no Canadian SSNs accepted
- Two professional references required (Florida)
- No gaps in work history of 90 days or more within the past 12 months
- Candidates must reside more than 50 miles from the facility — local candidates are not eligible
