Description

American Traveler is hiring a Cath Lab Technologist with a minimum of 2 years of experience, panning and fluoroscopy skills, and an active state license for a 13-week travel assignment in Southern California.

Cardiac Cath Lab setting in a hospital environment
Fast-paced procedural environment requiring comfort with high-volume cases
Day shift, 4x10-hour shifts from 7:00 AM to 7:30 AM end time (10-hour shift block)
13-week contract duration

Requirements

Minimum 2 years of Cath Lab experience required
Panning experience required
Fluoroscopy experience required
Scrub experience required
Active ARRT (R) certification required
Current BLS certification required
Active state license required at time of consideration — pending licenses are not accepted
Strong procedural Cath Lab background with ability to work in a fast-paced environment
License required if applicable

2 professional supervisory references from within the past 2 years required

Cath lab is super traveler friendly, easygoing docs, nice coworkers, super easy to get to the facility from surrounding areas, great about scheduling what you needed off, LOTS of outdoor activities to do within an hour of here! Safe gated parking area (called the Cage), hospital is clean and welcoming, staff usually pretty great in all areas I went.

Cons

DO NOT STAY IN POMONA, stay in surrounding areas (San Dimas, La Verne, Covina, Glendora, Diamond Bar, Chino Hills, Claremont are all good).
