Description
American Traveler is seeking an experienced NICU RN for a night shift travel contract in California, requiring Epic EMR proficiency and a minimum of 2 years of NICU experience.
Details
- NICU (Neonatal Intensive Care Unit) setting within a hospital environment
- Night shift schedule: 3x12-hour shifts, 6:00 PM – 6:00 AM
- Epic EMR required
- Floating between all facilities within the state of California is expected
Requirements
- Active CA RN license required
- Minimum 2 years of NICU experience required
- Epic EMR proficiency required
- At least 2 supervisory references covering 1 year of employment within the last 3 years in a comparable specialty or setting required for consideration
- SSN and DOB required for consideration
Additional Information
- 13-week contract
- Refusal to float between facilities within the state may result in termination of assignment
- Former permanent staff must wait at least 3 months before returning as a traveler and must not reside within 50 miles of the facility
- All RTO requests must be submitted upfront; requests made after submission or offer may be denied
