Description

American Traveler is hiring a travel Occupational Therapist with acute care experience for a 13-week hospital assignment on an Acute Rehab unit, with ICU experience strongly preferred.

Details

  • Acute care hospital setting, Occupational Therapy unit focused on acute rehabilitation
  • Day shift schedule, 4x9-hour shifts per week
  • 3–4 weekend shifts required during the assignment
  • May float to a nearby sister hospital
  • Epic EMR required — no exceptions

Requirements

  • Active Oregon (OR) OT license required — no pending licenses accepted; license required if applicable
  • Minimum 1–2 years of OT experience required
  • Acute care experience required
  • ICU experience strongly preferred
  • Epic EMR proficiency required
  • COVID vaccination required — no exemptions accepted
  • Current BLS certification required

Additional Information

  • First-time travelers are welcome to apply
  • Local candidates are accepted at the same rates — no radius restriction
  • All requested time off (RTO) must be submitted upfront and cannot be modified after submission; additional RTO requests may result in cancellation
  • Candidates who have previously worked at this facility must have been away for at least 6 months before returning as a traveler
  • Travel pairs are accepted and should be noted at the time of consideration
