Description
American Traveler is seeking an experienced OR RN for a 13-week travel contract in California, requiring Epic proficiency and a minimum of 2 years of OR experience.
Details
- Operating Room setting in a hospital environment
- Day shift schedule, 5x8-hour shifts with variable start times (6:30 AM, 8:30 AM, or 11:00 AM)
- 13-week contract
Requirements
- Active CA RN license required
- Current BLS certification required
- Minimum 2 years of OR nursing experience required
- Epic EMR experience required
- Minimum of 2 supervisory references covering 1 year of employment within the last 3 years in a comparable specialty or setting
- SSN and DOB required for consideration
Additional Information
- Travelers are expected to float between all facilities within California; refusal to float may result in assignment termination
- Former permanent staff must wait at least 3 months before returning as a traveler and must not reside within 50 miles of the facility
- Minimal RTO is strongly preferred; all RTO requests must be disclosed prior to submission as post-offer requests may be denied
- Any changes in schedule or RTO requested after submission are subject to denial and may risk contract termination
