Description

American Traveler is hiring a CT Technologist with at least 1 year of experience for a night shift contract at a Level I trauma center in Ohio.

Details

• Inpatient CT department at a Level I trauma center that is also Stroke Accredited
• Serves a diverse adult patient population including ER, ICU, and emergent inpatient cases
• CT procedures include abdomen, pelvis, head/neck, chest, spine, musculoskeletal, and brain perfusion
• Night shifts: 3x12-hour shifts, 7:00 PM – 7:30 AM
• Every third weekend required
• On-call rotation once every 10 weeks

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of CT technologist experience
• Current BLS and ARRT certifications required
• ARRT Advanced certification preferred
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
• Flexibility to work nights, rotating weekends, and on-call duties
• License required if applicable
• 2 professional supervisor references from within the past 2 years
• Full 7-year work history with all gaps explained

Additional Information

• Perform CT imaging across a broad range of studies in a dynamic ER and emergent inpatient setting
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to ensure patient safety and comfort
• Maintain accurate patient records in compliance with regulatory standards
• All time-off and scheduling requests must be submitted at the time of initial consideration
• No mandatory break between assignments required to change representation (except for Sterile Processing Techs, who require a 30-day break)
