Description
American Traveler is hiring an experienced RN for a Med/Surg Telemetry position requiring a TN or Compact RN license, EKG testing, and night shift availability.
Details
- Med/Surg Telemetry unit in a hospital setting
- Night shift schedule: 3x12-hour shifts (19:00–07:30)
- Patient ratio of 1:7-8
- Every other weekend or 2 weekends per month required
- Float required
- EMR: Cerner | Medication System: Omnicell
Requirements
- Active TN or Compact RN license required
- Current certifications: BLS (AHA) and NIHSS required; ACLS preferred
- Must be able to pass an EKG test prior to start date
- Med/Surg nursing experience required
Additional Information
- Candidates residing within 75 miles of the facility are considered local and will be compensated at the local pay rate
- RTO during holiday weeks will not be accommodated; affected holidays include Valentine's Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Halloween, Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Year's Day — holiday RTO requests may be discussed directly with the manager after arriving onsite
