Description
American Traveler is seeking a Physical Therapist with 2+ years of experience for a 13-week travel contract at an outpatient physical therapy setting in Oro Valley, AZ.
Details
- Physical Therapy department in an outpatient/remote setting
- Day shift schedule: 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
- 13-week contract
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of recent Physical Therapist experience required
- Active PT license required (license required if applicable)
- All certifications must remain active and not expire within the first 30 days of the contract start date
- No gaps in work history of 90 days or more within the past 12 months
- Valid driver's license required for consideration
Additional Information
- Candidates must reside more than 50 miles from the facility to be eligible; local travelers will not be considered
- Candidates who have worked at any CHS facility as permanent staff within the past 2 years are not eligible for this position
- RTO requests must be less than one week in duration
