Description

American Traveler is seeking an experienced RN for a Progressive Care Unit (PCU) night shift position in Marion, NC, requiring a valid NC or compact RN license and at least 2 years of PCU experience.

Details

• Progressive Care Unit (PCU) within an acute care hospital setting
• Night shift schedule: 6:45 PM – 7:15 AM
• 13-week contract

Requirements

• Active NC or compact RN license required
• Minimum 2 years of recent PCU or telemetry/progressive care experience required
• Current BLS certification required (AHA or ARC accepted)
• Current ACLS certification required (AHA or ARC accepted)
• NIH Stroke Scale (NIHSS) certification required for PCU RNs
• No gaps in work history of 90 days or more within the past 12 months
• US SSN and date of birth required for consideration
• One professional reference required (two required if licensed in Florida or Missouri)

Additional Information

• Candidates must reside more than 50 miles from the facility — local candidates are not eligible
• Certifications must not expire within the first 30 days of the assignment start
