Description

American Traveler is seeking an experienced Emergency Department RN for a night shift travel contract requiring Cerner proficiency and a minimum of 3 years of ER experience.

Details

• Emergency Department (ED) setting
• Night shift schedule with 36 or 48 hours per week available
• Cerner EMR used; experience required
• Epic experience is a plus

Requirements

• Active CA RN license required
• Current certifications required: BLS, ACLS, and PALS (all American Heart Association)
• Minimum 2 years of recent ER experience required; 3 years strongly preferred
• Cerner EMR experience required
• Must have worked in the ER specialty within the last 3 months
• 2 supervisor references required: one from the past year and one from within the past two years
• Specialty-specific skills checklist completed within the past year required for consideration

Additional Information

• RTO is capped at 5 days for the duration of the contract
• Candidates with any prior hit on their RN license will not be considered
• Epic experience should be noted on resume where applicable
