Description
American Traveler is seeking an experienced RN for a Respiratory Intermediate Care (Step-Down) position at a hospital in Wichita, KS, requiring night shift availability and every other weekend commitment.
Details
- Respiratory Intermediate Care (Step-Down) unit in an acute care hospital setting
- Night shift: 19:00–07:30
- Every other weekend required
- No on-call responsibilities
- EMR: Cerner OneChart
Requirements
- Active RN license in Kansas or a compact state
- Minimum 1 year of RN experience required
- Current BLS certification required (AHA accepted)
- Valid U.S. Social Security Number and U.S. home address required
- Two professional references required for consideration
- Copy of Driver's License required for consideration
- Skills checklist required for consideration
Additional Information
- 13-week contract
- Ceil blue scrubs required
- Nursys license verification and primary source license verification required within 30 days prior to start
- Local candidates are accepted but may be subject to a reduced pay rate based on proximity to the facility
- COVID vaccination is not required
