Description
American Traveler is hiring a travel RN for an Emergency Department position in New York, requiring a minimum of 2 years of experience with BLS, ACLS, and NIH Stroke certifications.
Details
- Work setting is a hospital Emergency Department
- Night shift schedule: 7:00 PM – 7:30 AM
- 13-week travel contract
Requirements
- Active NY RN license required
- Current BLS and ACLS certifications required
- NIH Stroke Scale certification required prior to start date
- NYS SAFE certification preferred but not required
- Minimum 2 years of Emergency Department RN experience required
- Travel nursing experience preferred
Additional Information
- Facility orientation includes an additional 8 hours of continuing education units (CEUs)
- 2 supervisor references required for consideration — at least 1 within the past year and 1 within the past 2 years, each from someone who can speak to clinical skills and work ethic
