Description

American Traveler is hiring an Interventional Radiology Technologist with 2+ years of experience for a 13-week travel assignment at an acute care teaching hospital with a comprehensive stroke center.

Details

Work in an Interventional Radiology unit at an acute care, teaching, Adult Level II Trauma hospital
Scope includes general IR and neuro intervention at a comprehensive stroke center
Uses Siemens and Philips bi-plane equipment
Epic EMR — experience required
4x9 hour day shifts, 7:00 AM – 4:30 PM
One call night per week from 4:30 PM – 7:00 AM
Every third weekend on call from Friday 4:30 PM through Monday 7:00 AM
Local candidates are accepted

Requirements

Minimum of 2 years of IR technologist experience
ARRT (R) and BLS certifications required
Epic EMR experience required
State license required if applicable — pending state licenses are not accepted
First-time travelers will not be considered for this position

Additional Information

Perform general interventional radiology and neuro intervention procedures including stroke care
Free parking available on site
Any time-off requests must be submitted at the time of profile consideration
2 professional supervisor references from within the past 2 years are required for consideration
Full 7-year work history with all gaps explained is required for consideration
