Description
American Traveler is seeking an experienced RN for a Neuro Trauma ICU position at a Level 1 Trauma and Comprehensive Stroke Center in Wichita, KS, requiring a minimum of 2 years of experience and a valid KS or compact RN license.
Details
- 20-bed Neuro Trauma ICU unit within a Level 1 Trauma and Comprehensive Stroke Center facility
- Night shift schedule: 19:00–07:30
- 13-week contract
Requirements
- Active KS or compact RN license required
- Minimum 2 years of RN ICU experience required
- BLS certification required (AHA only)
- ACLS certification preferred (AHA only)
- NIH Stroke Scale certification preferred
- A valid US Social Security Number and US home address are required
- Driver's license required for consideration
- Two professional references required for consideration
Additional Information
- CPI/MOAB High-Risk training online portion must be completed prior to start; on-site portion will be completed during orientation
- Local candidates are eligible to apply; a radius rule applies and may affect the travel pay rate depending on distance from the facility
- COVID vaccination is not required by this facility
