Description

American Traveler is hiring a Multi-Modality CT/X-Ray Technologist for a weekend night shift contract in Lake Geneva, Wisconsin, requiring ARRT certification in both CT and Radiography.

Details

Hospital-based diagnostic imaging department performing CT and general radiography
Weekend schedule: Friday, Saturday, and Sunday, 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM (night shift)
40 hours per week
13-week contract

Requirements

ARRT(R) and ARRT(CT) certifications required
Current AHA BLS/CPR required
Wisconsin DSPS Radiographer license required (license required if applicable)
Active certification status required in all practiced modalities
Competency in both CT and general radiography required
Experience with IV access and contrast media administration

Additional Information

Responsibilities include performing CT and radiographic exams, positioning patients, operating imaging equipment, and documenting clinical history for radiologist review
Duties include preparing and administering contrast media and maintaining IV access as appropriate to procedures
Provides practical instruction for students and partners as needed
Maintains inventory and supply control for the assigned area
Initiates basic life support when necessary
