Description

American Traveler is hiring a travel CT Technologist with ARRT (R) and ARRT (CT) certifications for a 13-week assignment at an acute care hospital in Rochester, MN.

Details

• Full-time position in a hospital radiology/CT department
• Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM; no evenings, weekends, call, or holiday coverage required
• 8-hour shifts, 40 hours per week
• 13-week travel assignment
• Charting performed in Epic EMR

Requirements

• ARRT (R) and ARRT (CT) certifications required
• BLS certification required (AHA or American Red Cross accepted)
• Active state license required, if applicable — no pending licenses accepted
• Associate's degree in a related field and graduation from an accredited radiography program required
• Minimum of 2 years of CT experience required, and/or 3 completed travel assignments
• Proficiency in CT imaging and radiologic technology required
• Strong organizational, multitasking, and independent work skills required
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills required
• English proficiency (reading, writing, and speaking) required
• Date of birth required for consideration

Additional Information

• Produces high-quality CT images in accordance with department standards
• Practices radiation safety protocols for patients, self, and support staff
• Must maintain flexibility across various work locations and shift configurations as facility needs evolve
• COVID vaccination and booster required
• Travelers who have previously worked at this facility may work up to one calendar year from their initial start date; a 30–60 day break is required before returning to a new assignment
• First-time travelers are not specified as eligible — 2 years of experience and/or 3 prior travel assignments are required
