Description
American Traveler is seeking a travel RN for a Labor & Delivery position at a hospital in Massachusetts, requiring active MA licensure and prior L&D experience.
Details
- Work in a Labor & Delivery unit at a hospital setting
- 36-hour rotating schedule with day and night shifts (7:00a–7:30p or 7:15p–7:15a)
- Shift rotation is based on unit needs
- Every other weekend required
- Rotating holiday coverage required
- 13-week contract
- Epic used for charting
Requirements
- Active MA RN license required — no pending or conditional licenses accepted
- Current BLS certification required (AHA only)
- NRP certification required (AHA only)
- MGB Electronic Fetal Monitoring (EFM) certification required — AWHONN, 2-year renewal
- Prior Labor & Delivery experience required
- Two professional references required
- Flu vaccine required — no religious or medical exemptions

- Timekeeping is managed through UKG/Kronos
- Local candidates residing within 60 miles of Massachusetts General Hospital in Boston are eligible to apply
- All certifications must be AHA-accredited
- Parking is not validated at Boston locations — public parking is available nearby at the candidate's expense; other facility locations may also have associated parking costs
