Description

American Traveler is seeking a CT Technologist for a 13-week travel contract at a Level I Trauma acute care hospital, requiring 2+ years of experience and proficiency on GE scanners.

Details

• Acute care hospital setting with a 500-bed facility and 3 CT machines in the department
• CT scans performed in the ED and main hospital, with additional chest X-ray support in the ICU during night hours
• No floating to other units or departments
• Uses GE scanners, Sectra PACS, and Epic EMR
• 12-hour day shifts, Friday through Sunday, 6:30 AM to 7:00 PM
• 13-week contract

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of CT Technologist experience
• Hands-on experience with GE scanners required
• ARRT (R) required; ARRT (CT) preferred
• Current BLS certification required
• Active state license required if applicable
• Two professional references required for consideration: one from a supervisor within the last 12 months of relevant experience, and one from a peer or supervisor in the same specialty within the last 3 years
• Copies of all certifications must be active at time of consideration — no pending certifications accepted

Additional Information

• Level I Trauma facility — high-volume, fast-paced CT department operating 24/7
• Orientation period is 1–2 weeks
• Training and onboarding provided on-site
• Dark gray scrubs required
• Candidates who have previously worked at any Sanford Health location must have an end date at least 6 months prior to their consideration date
• Candidates with a permanent address within 80 miles of the facility are eligible to apply
