Description
American Traveler is seeking an experienced Float Pool Medical Telemetry RN for a night shift position requiring an active MA RN license and AHA-only certifications.
Details
- Float pool assignment placed on the Medical Telemetry unit (Davenport 8) of a hospital setting
- Night shift schedule: 19:00–07:30
- 36 hours per week, every other weekend (EOW) required
- 13-week contract
- Charting is done in Epic
Requirements
- Active MA RN license required; conditional or pending licenses are not accepted
- Current BLS certification required — AHA only (Red Cross not accepted at this facility)
- Current ACLS certification required — AHA only (Red Cross not accepted at this facility)
- Primary source verification of professional license required (both NURSYS and BON required for nursing licenses)
- 2 professional references required for consideration
- Flu vaccine required; no religious or medical exemptions accepted
Additional Information
- Epic experience is expected as it is the facility's charting system
- Time and attendance is managed through UKG/Kronos
- Local candidates residing within 60 miles of Massachusetts General Hospital in Boston are eligible but will be offered a reduced rate
- Parking is not validated at Boston-area locations; public parking is available at candidate's expense, with daily rates typically ranging from $17–$22
