Description
American Traveler is seeking an experienced RN for a PCU/Telemetry position in Ohio, requiring a minimum of 2 years of PCU experience and Epic proficiency.
Details
- Progressive Care Unit (PCU) in a hospital setting
- Day/Night rotating schedule, with most shifts likely on days (7:00–19:00 days / 19:30–7:30 nights)
- 36 hours per week on a 3x12-hour shift schedule
- Weekday and some weekend shifts required, with rotating holiday coverage
- Estimated patient ratio of 1:3
- On-call responsibilities required
- Floating required to units of equivalent or lower acuity
- Epic EMR experience required
Requirements
- Active OH or compact RN license currently in hand
- Current ACLS and BLS certifications required
- Minimum 2 years of PCU experience required
- Proficiency with IV insertion required
- Telemetry monitoring experience required
- Epic EMR experience required
- Previous travel nursing experience preferred

- Parking is available on-site through CampusParc with multiple permit options at varying price points; costs are subject to change
- Candidates changing representation between assignments are not required to take a 30-day break between assignments
- All time-off and scheduling requests should be disclosed upfront during the consideration process
- 2 professional references from a supervisor within the past 2 years are required for consideration
