Description
American Traveler is hiring a travel RN for an Emergency Department position handling both ED and inpatient hold patients, requiring BLS, ACLS, PALS, and TNCC certifications with an every-other-weekend rotation.
Details
- Work setting is a hospital Emergency Department
- Responsible for managing both ED patients and inpatient hold patients
- Day shift: 7:00 AM – 7:30 PM
- 36 hours per week with an every-other-weekend rotation
- 13-week assignment
Requirements
- Active RN license (Standard or Compact) required
- Current BLS certification required (American Heart Association)
- Current ACLS certification required (American Heart Association)
- Current PALS certification required; ENPC is also acceptable
- TNCC certification required
- COVID vaccination card required for consideration
Additional Information
- Candidate must be able to manage both ED and inpatient hold patient ratios and acuity levels
- Local candidates are eligible for this position; local pay rates are available for RNs in CT and several other states
