Description

American Traveler is hiring a Radiology Technologist with C-arm experience for an OR-focused position requiring IL licensure and at least 1 year of experience.

Details

• Approximately 90% of the workload involves operating a C-arm in the OR, with the remaining time supporting general x-ray for ED, inpatient, and outpatient cases
• Monday through Friday schedule, 6:45 AM to 3:15 PM
• Position requires floating across facilities
• Charting is done in Epic
• Facilities in this network span multiple trauma designations, including Level 1, 2, 3, and 4 trauma centers

Requirements

• Minimum of 1 year of Radiology Technologist experience required
• C-arm experience required
• Active IL license required at time of consideration; IA license also required (proof of application accepted if not yet active)
• License required if applicable
• Active certifications required at time of consideration — pending certifications will not be accepted
• At least 1 completed travel contract preferred
• Must not have been employed by the facility within the last 12 months
• Driver's License required for consideration
• 1 supervisory reference (performance eval/reference from within 2 years of employment or contract) required for consideration
• Candidate's taxable address must be located more than 50 miles from the facility

Additional Information

• Primary responsibilities include intraoperative C-arm fluoroscopy and general diagnostic x-ray imaging across ED, inpatient, and outpatient settings
• Travelers are expected to work 2 of the 3 winter holidays: Christmas, New Year's, or Thanksgiving
• Time-off requests are limited to 1 day during the Thanksgiving and winter holiday windows
