Description

American Traveler is seeking an experienced RN for an Emergency Department position requiring a GA or compact RN license and a minimum of 18 months of ER experience.

Details

• Position is located in an Emergency Department within a hospital setting
• Night shift (NOC), 12-hour shifts
• 13-week contract

Requirements

• Active Georgia or Compact RN license currently in hand
• Current certifications required: BLS, ACLS, NIHSS, and PALS
• Minimum 18 months of RN experience required
• Travel nursing experience preferred
• Candidates must reside more than 50 miles from the facility — local candidates are not eligible

Additional Information

• Former Emory or Houston permanent staff must have been separated from the health system for at least 1 year before returning; if returning to the same facility, a separation of 18 months is required
• RTO is limited to a maximum of 5 days if not on or near a holiday, and a maximum of 3 days if on or near a holiday
• Only one holiday RTO request is permitted per contract
• RTO during holiday periods must be spread out and will not be approved if taken on consecutive days
