Description

American Traveler is seeking an experienced RN for a Telemetry/Clinical Decision Unit position requiring a GA or compact RN license and night shift availability.

Details

• Position is in the Clinical Decision Unit (CDU) of a hospital setting
• Night shift, 12-hour shifts
• 13-week contract

Requirements

• Active Georgia or Compact RN license currently in hand
• Current certifications: BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS
• Minimum 18 months of RN experience required

Additional Information

• Candidates must reside more than 50 miles from the facility to be eligible — local candidates are not accepted
• Former permanent staff of Emory or Houston facilities must be separated for at least 1 year before returning to the health system; if returning to the same facility, a minimum 18-month separation is required
• RTO is limited to a maximum of 5 days per contract; if RTO falls on or near a holiday, the maximum is reduced to 3 days
• Only one holiday RTO request is permitted per contract, and RTO must be spread out — consecutive days around holidays will not be approved
