Description
American Traveler is hiring a travel CT/X-Ray Technologist for a 13-week night shift assignment at an island community hospital, requiring ARRT certification, MA licensure, and BLS.
Details
- Work in the Imaging department of a small community hospital serving a year-round island population of 15,000+ residents and up to 100,000 seasonal visitors annually
- Night shifts, Monday through Friday, from 11:00 PM to 7:30 AM
- EMR system: Epic (charting experience applicable to this setting)
Requirements
- Minimum of 1 year of CT/X-Ray Tech experience required
- ARRT certification required
- Active MA state license required; MA Conditional Licenses are not accepted
- BLS certification required (AHA preferred; Red Cross accepted)
- License required if applicable
- Flu vaccine required with no religious or medical exemptions accepted
- 2 professional references required for consideration
Additional Information
- The hospital is a full-service community facility located on an island 30 miles off the coast, founded in 1911 and affiliated with Mass General Brigham
- Shared housing is provided at no cost
- Local candidates residing within 60 miles of Massachusetts General Hospital in Boston are eligible but may be subject to a reduced pay rate
- Any requested time off (RTO) must be disclosed at the time of consideration
