Description

American Traveler is seeking a Physical Therapist for a 13-week outpatient rehab assignment in Baker City, OR, with Epic experience and an active Oregon PT license required.

Details

Primarily outpatient setting with approximately 20% inpatient coverage
Unit: Outpatient Rehab (STARS Baker City)
Schedule: 4x10-hour shifts per day, 7:30 AM – 6:00 PM
Occasional Saturday coverage required, typically 2 Saturdays over the course of a 13-week contract
EMR: Epic (experience required)

Requirements

Active Oregon Physical Therapist license required; license verification required if applicable
BLS certification required (American Heart Association)
No minimum years of experience specified
Epic EMR experience required

Additional Information

Local candidates are eligible for this position in Oregon
COVID vaccination card required for consideration
References required for consideration
BLS card must include images of both the front and back of the card
License verification must be dated within 30 days of start date
