Description
American Traveler is hiring a Vascular Interventional Technologist (VIT) with a minimum of 2 years of IR/vascular experience who is able to work independently from day one.
Details
- Hospital-based Vascular Interventional Radiology setting
- Day shift, 10-hour shifts from 7:00 AM to 5:30 PM
- 40 hours per week
- Every other weekend required
- On-call required approximately 3–4 times per week
- 13-week contract
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years of vascular interventional radiology (IR) experience required
- Must be able to work independently from day one without a ramp-up period
- Current BLS required
- Valid state license required if applicable to profession
- COVID-19 vaccination required (two doses) or an approved declination
Additional Information
- Local candidates are accepted at the same rate as travelers — no radius rule applies
- Former permanent employees of this facility must have been separated for at least 90 days before returning as a traveler
- COVID-19 booster is not currently required, but the two-dose primary series (or approved declination) is mandatory
- Copy of COVID vaccination card required for consideration
