Description

American Traveler is hiring a travel RN for a Telemetry unit in Kansas City, MO, requiring 2+ years of telemetry experience and a MO or Compact RN license.

Details

• Position is located on a Telemetry unit (4 Red)
• 12-hour night shifts, 6:45 PM – 7:15 AM, with variable days of the week
• Four weekend shifts required per six-week schedule block
• Floating required as needed, including to Med/Surg
• No on-call requirements
• 13-week contract

Requirements

• Active MO or Compact RN license required
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications required
• Minimum 2 years of telemetry experience required
• 1+ year of Med/Surg experience preferred
• New graduates will not be considered

Additional Information

• Mandatory orientation must be attended in full — all assigned orientation dates are required
• An Occupational Health appointment (including drug screen, TB test, and physical) is required upon offer acceptance
• Holiday coverage required on an as-needed basis
• Credentials are due the Wednesday prior to the start date
