Description

American Traveler is seeking a travel RN for a Labor & Delivery position in Florida, requiring at least 1.5 years of L&D experience and a Florida or compact RN license.

Details

13-week travel nursing contract in a hospital Labor & Delivery setting
36 hours per week on 12-hour night shifts (7p–7a)
Requires 6 weekend shifts per 6-week schedule
No on-call requirements
Float to Women's unit first, then to the general house as a sitter or task nurse as needed

Requirements

Active FL or compact RN license required
BLS certification from the American Heart Association (AHA) required
Minimum of 1.5 years of Labor & Delivery nursing experience required

Additional Information

Navy blue scrubs required
Local candidates are welcome to apply
Former permanent employees of the facility must have been separated for at least 90 days before returning as a traveler
Two doses of the COVID-19 vaccine are required, or an approved declination must be on file
