Description
American Traveler is seeking a Physical Therapist for a Skilled Nursing Facility with at least 1 year of SNF experience (new grads with SNF clinical experience welcome).
Details
- Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) setting
- Monday-Friday day shift schedule
- Weekend coverage as needed
- 13-week contract length
- Uses NetHealth and PointClickCare for charting, with training provided
- ACP equipment available on-site
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of SNF experience required (new graduates with SNF clinical experience will be considered)
- Active CA PT license required if applicable
- BLS certification required, AHA certified only
- No acrylic nails, head coverings (unless religious requirement), crocs, or open-toed shoes permitted
Additional Information
- Training provided for NetHealth and PointClickCare charting systems as needed
- DOR/ADOR available to support onboarding and training
- No specific scrub color required
