Description
American Traveler is seeking a Physical Therapist for an outpatient-focused role requiring a Virginia PT license and experience in both outpatient and acute care settings.
Details
- Primarily outpatient clinic setting with additional work in an acute care setting within the same facility
- Monthly weekend coverage is performed in the acute care setting
- Schedule is 5x8s, Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:30 PM
- Epic EMR experience preferred
Requirements
- Virginia Physical Therapy license required; license does not need to be in hand at time of consideration and can be applied for immediately upon offer
- DPT or Master's degree in Physical Therapy required
- BLS certification required
- Experience in both outpatient and acute care settings required
- Driver's license and Social Security card required for consideration
Additional Information
- May be required to work one holiday during the 13-week contract, on a rotating basis with staff
- First-time travelers will not be considered for this position
- Local candidates are not accepted; a radius rule applies to determine eligibility
- All time-off requests must be submitted at the time of application
- Two professional references are required for consideration
