Description

American Traveler is seeking a MRI Technologist with 2+ years of experience and ARRT MR certification for an evening shift contract position at a hospital-based MRI unit.

Details

MRI unit within a hospital-based radiology/cardiology setting
4x10 hour evening shifts, Tuesday through Friday from 1:00 PM to 11:00 PM
Required call rotation one night per week from 11:00 PM to 7:00 AM
Saturday and Sunday night call rotation from 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM, approximately every 4th weekend
Epic EMR system used
Agency staff are required to float to other units or campuses as needed, limited to areas where documented competencies exist

Requirements

Minimum of 2 years of experience as an MRI Technologist
Active ARRT (MR) certification required
Current BLS certification required
At least 1 year of Epic EMR experience required
Must reside more than 50 miles from the relevant Prisma Health flagship hospital (Prisma Richland or Prisma Greenville) to be eligible; candidates under 50 miles are ineligible
Two professional references required for consideration
Valid driver's license and Social Security card required for consideration
License required if applicable

Additional Information

First-time travelers will be considered based on experience
Hunter green scrubs required
13-week contract
