Description

American Traveler is seeking an experienced RN for a Labor & Delivery position working nights with every-other-weekend requirements and a Maryland or compact RN license.

Details

Labor & Delivery unit in a hospital setting
Patient population includes neonates, infants, and adults
Nurse-to-patient ratio of 1:2, up to 1:3 for lower acuity patients
Night shift schedule: 3x12-hour shifts, 19:30–08:00
Every other weekend required
Holiday coverage required as scheduled
Floating required within the specialty
No on-call requirements
Self-scheduling available

Requirements

Active MD or compact RN license required
Current certifications required: BLS, STABLE, and NRP
Minimum 2 years of Labor & Delivery RN experience required

Additional Information

First-time travelers will not be considered for this position
Time-off requests should be disclosed at the time of initial consideration
