Description
American Traveler is hiring an experienced NICU RN for a Level IV NICU position requiring a minimum of 2 years of NICU experience, including at least 1 year in a Level IV setting.
Details
- NICU setting within a children's hospital environment
- Level III/IV NICU patient population including post-operative, g-tube, and trach/vent patients
- Manages various modes of invasive and non-invasive ventilation
- Day and night 12-hour shifts available: 7:00am–7:30pm or 7:00pm–7:30am
- 3x12-hour shifts per week, Monday through Friday with 2–3 required weekends per 6-week scheduling period
Requirements
- Active WI RN license or compact RN license currently in hand
- Current certifications: BLS and NRP (both AHA)
- Minimum 2 years of total NICU Level III/IV experience, with at least 1 year specifically in a Level IV NICU
- Experience with post-operative patients, g-tubes, and trach/vent management
- Proficiency with various modes of invasive and non-invasive ventilation

- Level III/IV NICU care including management of complex post-surgical and respiratory patients
