Description

American Traveler is seeking a travel RN for a Med/Surg Telemetry position at a critical access hospital in Vermont, working night shifts with a 13-week contract.

Details

• Critical access hospital setting serving a mixed patient population including med/surg, telemetry, ortho, peds, and observation
• Night shift with varied scheduling
• 13-week contract

Requirements

• Active VT RN license or Compact RN license valid in Vermont required
• Current BLS/BCLS, ACLS, and PALS (or ENPC) certifications required — all must be active prior to contract start, or a booked course must be confirmed at the time of clinical orientation
• De-escalation training required, active prior to contract start or a booked course confirmed at time of clinical orientation
• Experience across med/surg, telemetry, or step-down settings

Additional Information

• Provide age-specific, direct patient care using the nursing process in accordance with Department of Nursing Standards
• Assumes leadership responsibilities including delegation of tasks to other levels of staff
• Must maintain compliance with all applicable state and federal healthcare laws, regulations, and policies
