Description
American Traveler is hiring an MRI Technologist with 2+ years of experience and required Siemens MR proficiency for a 3x12 day shift travel contract.
Details
- Inpatient hospital MRI department setting
- 3x12-hour day shifts, 8:30 AM – 9:00 PM, Monday through Friday with varying days off
- Experience with anesthesia and pediatric patients is required for this role
- Epic and PACS experience preferred
- Siemens MR equipment experience required
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of MRI technologist experience required
- Active BLS and ARRT (MR) certifications required
- State license required if applicable
- Proficiency with Siemens MR equipment required
- MRI safety knowledge, including the ability to research implants and adhere to scanning protocols
- Experience with anesthesia and pediatric patient populations
- Level 1 Trauma Center or academic teaching facility experience preferred
- 2 supervisor references from within the last 3 years of employment required for consideration
Additional Information
- This is a Level 1 Trauma Center and academic teaching facility
- Candidates whose permanent residence is within 100 miles of the facility are not eligible for this position
- Former permanent staff must have been separated from the facility for at least 6 months before returning as a traveler
- All requested time off must be disclosed at the time of submission — RTO requests made after submission will not be approved
