Description

American Traveler is seeking an Outpatient Physical Therapist for a 13-week travel assignment in Green Valley, AZ.

Details

Outpatient physical therapy clinic setting
AM shift, 8-hour days
13-week contract length
Uses InSync EMR
Lunch is automatically deducted if clinician does not clock out

Requirements

PT license required if applicable
Compact license accepted to start assignment, with full state licensure required to be obtained while on assignment
One professional reference required
SSN required for consideration

Additional Information

Candidates who previously worked at this facility as PRN or permanent staff must have a one calendar year break in service before returning as a traveler
Candidates will be required to complete a virtual interview as part of the hiring process
