Description

American Traveler is hiring a Radiologic Technologist (CT/XR) with a minimum of 3 years of experience for a 13-week contract in the Radiology Department of a medical center in Decorah, Iowa.

Details

Hospital-based Radiology Department setting in Decorah, Iowa
Performs both routine and emergency diagnostic procedures including general radiography, portable radiography, surgery radiography, and CT
Primary schedule is full-time 1st shift, Monday–Friday daytime hours
Weekend on-call/coverage rotation including rotating Friday, Saturday, and Sunday coverage with time off structured around the weekend weekend
No regular weeknight call, though may occasionally be asked to cover 2nd shift or urgent/emergent weeknight openings
13-week contract

Requirements

Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Radiologic/CT Technologist required
Current ARRT(R) and ARRT(CT) certifications required
Active state license required, if applicable

Additional Information

Responsible for operating radiologic equipment to produce quality diagnostic images in accordance with established standards and guidelines
Additional clerical and patient care duties may be required as part of the role
