Description
American Traveler is seeking an experienced travel RN for a Pediatric Cardiovascular ICU (CVPICU) position at a leading pediatric facility in Boston, requiring prior travel nursing experience and a minimum of 2 years in pediatric cardiac critical care.
Details
- Boston-based pediatric hospital setting, CVPICU unit
- Patients include critically ill children and adults with congenital heart disease
- 50/50 day/night rotation available, or permanent nights; shifts run 7a–7p or 7p–7a (3x12-hour shifts)
- Night shift times: 19:30–07:00
- Weekend requirement: 3 out of every 6 weekends
- Floating required to MSICU, MICU, NICU, and ACCU
- No on-call requirements
Requirements
- Active MA RN license required
- Current certifications required: BLS and PALS
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a Pediatric Cardiac ICU, CVICU, or CICU setting
- Experience with critically ill pediatric and adult patients with congenital heart disease required
- Prior travel nursing experience required; first-time travelers will not be considered

- Provide critical care nursing to pediatric and adult cardiovascular ICU patients with congenital heart disease
- 13-week contract
