Description

American Traveler is hiring an Ultrasound Technologist with ARDMS credentials in Abdomen and OB/GYN specialties for a day shift position with weekend coverage.

Details

  • Diagnostic Imaging department offering a full range of imaging services including X-Ray, Fluoroscopy, Bone Density, CT, Digital Mammography, MRI, Nuclear Medicine, Ultrasound, and PET-CT
  • Ultrasound modalities include general abdominal, OB/GYN, and small parts sonography
  • Day shift with varied hours, every weekend required
  • 13-week contract

Requirements

  • Minimum 1 year of experience required; hospital setting experience preferred
  • ARDMS certification in Abdomen (AB) and OB/GYN (OB) required
  • Current BLS (Healthcare Provider) required
  • Active, unencumbered Oregon Sonography license required if applicable

Cons

Schedule was atrocious especially night shift. Significant amount of floating to the ER as helping hands or a sitter.
