Description

American Traveler is hiring a travel CT Technologist for a 12-week assignment in Lake City, FL, requiring ARRT certification in both CT and X-Ray with at least 2 years of experience.

Details

• CT Scan department within a 91-bed acute care hospital that is Joint Commission accredited and the area's only Accredited Chest Pain Hospital
• Procedures include CT and X-Ray; note that the X-Ray workload may be higher than typical depending on daily staffing and volume
• GE imaging equipment is used on the unit
• Meditech and PACS are the documentation systems used
• Schedule options include 36 hours over Friday, Saturday, and Sunday (1:00 PM – 1:00 AM) or 40 hours Friday through Monday (1:00 PM – 11:00 PM)

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of CT Technologist experience, with active experience within the last 6 months
• ARRT certification in both CT and X-Ray required
• Active license required if applicable
• US SSN and date of birth required for consideration
• Two professional references required (Florida position)
• No gaps in work history of 90 days or more within the past 12 months
• Certifications must not expire within the first 30 days of the assignment start date

Additional Information

• Black scrubs are required
• Candidates must reside more than 50 miles from the facility to be eligible — local candidates will not be considered
