Description

American Traveler is hiring a Cardiac Cath Lab Technologist with 2+ years of acute care experience for a 13-week travel contract in Somerset, KY.

Details

• Located at a 295-bed acute care facility serving an 11-county region in south central Kentucky, offering cardiac care and an advanced neurosurgery program with Spine Center accreditation
• Cardiac Cath Lab department
• Day shift, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
• 36 hours per week
• Every other weekend required
• 13-week contract
• May be required to float within a 25-mile radius per facility supervisor

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience in an acute care facility Cath Lab
• AHA certifications required
• License required if applicable
• Social Security number and date of birth required for consideration
• Cannot be currently employed full-time elsewhere

Additional Information

• Orientation is held weekly on Mondays
• Candidates must reside 60 or more miles from the facility to qualify for the travel pay rate
• Candidates who have worked as permanent staff at any LifePoint facility within the last 12 months are not eligible
• First-time travelers are not explicitly excluded, but 2+ years of acute care Cath Lab experience is required
